My car had extensive hail damage and was only months old when the damage occurred. Whitakers did a fantastic job fixing all the dents, matching the paint, and restoring my car to pristine condition. They also worked with my insurance to make sure all the costs would be covered and helped me with getting a rental car. They also were good about calling and providing updates for the two and a half weeks it took to do the repair. I would definitely use Whitakers again for any auto body needs.

Whitaker’s did an amazing job at repairing my vehicle. I couldn’t remember what side was damaged when I went to pick up my vehicle since the repair was done so seamlessly. The customer service was top- notch. They set me up with my rental and communicated with my insurance company. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. This company is great all around. :)

Whittaker's defines "Service and Professionalism". I've had two vehicles that needed body work and had to be completed within a fairly strict time line and although they made no guarantees and communicated realistic expectations, Carlos and his team not only achieved my time line but repaired both vehicles ahead of schedule. Additionally, Whittaker's estimates were both accurate and far less than I anticipated and less expensive than other collision repair facilities. I highly recommend Whittaker's Auto Body and Paint whether your dealing with an insurance claim, fix minor scratches and dents, full paint job or just touch ups on you car or truck. You'll be happy you did!

U3: Mr. Whitaker has asked me to remove my review repeatedly, but I can't do that. We researched extensively and if we had seen negative reviews we wouldn't have chosen Whitakers. U2: Got an apology email from the owner & offer of free car washes for a year. We live 20min away, so won't take him up on it, but appreciate the gesture. Was asked to bring my car in Tuesday, in the morning, and would be provided with a rental for the day while they fixed the issues. Car went back first thing in the morning. We did a test drive and I showed the trim panel issues. Enterprise picked me up and one other customer, but it turns out Whitakers hadn't made a car reservation for me yet and Enterprise was pretty much out of cars. I had to wait at Enterprise for at least an hour for a car to become available. Wish that had been thought about. Content w/the final work but won't be going back. UPDATE: After I spoke to Nationwide's shop manager this morning, Whitakers is going to set us up with a rental car for the day while they fix the issues we have with their work. Upgrading my rating by a star as they start to actually work with us. Hopeful the end result will be better than this initial experi

Whitaker's did a fantastic job repairing my wife's Lexus RX450h when it a truck hit the driver's door & front qtr. panel. Based on my prior very positive experience with them, I only got one bid on the work which they were able to complete in only 7 days. I did not file on insurance and really appreciated Kyle's help with options to minimize the cost. And, true to his word, anything that turned out to require less work than estimated was indeed reflected on the final cost. Most importantly, the repair & paint job are absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Whitaker's.
